Quick & Easy Pickled Onions
The quickest and easiest way to pickle onions, ready in just a few hours!

1 Large Air-Tight Jar ( I use 32oz)

Ingredients

Large Red Onion
1
cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
1
tbsp
Sugar
1
tbsp
Salt
1
cup
Warm Water
Instructions
Thinly slice your onion and add to your empty jar
Mix apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt & warm water together until everything is dissolved
Pour over the onions into your jar, and give it a quick stir to make sure that onions are completely submerged in water
Close the jar and place in the fridge for 4 hours
Enjoy on your favorite foods!
Notes
These should stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 weeks, but I'm pretty sure they won't last that long!
