Place 5 oven safe containers on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Add 5oz of tater tots to each container. Let them defrost for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a pan over medium heat, cook your turkey and sausage. Remove sausage from the casing and mix it with the turkey. Cook until there's no more pink, and add salt and pepper. Don't forget to strain the grease!
Stir in the bell peppers and cook until soft.
Stir in the pizza sauce, oregano, parmesan, and 28 grams of mozzarella cheese.
Once incorporated, add about 3/4 cup of the turkey/sausage mixture to your containers of tater tots.
Top each bowl with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Add 4 pieces of pepperoni to each bowl.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the tots are crispy.
Notes
That's it! Make sure you let them cool before putting the lids on and put them in the fridge. To keep things nice and crispy, I love to reheat mine in a toaster over for 10-15 minutes at 350 on the "reheat" setting. Enjoy!!!
